Amazing customer service! I walked in with a cymbal that had a screw in it, I was unable to remove it, but the guy helped me immediately and fixed the problem in no time while also taking care of other customers.

Flat Hardware - and Khalil specifically - have saved me so much time/trouble/money. Khalil has answered every odd question I've ever had and guided me to the correct parts & tools. I had a tricky plumbing issue once, and he literally cut my replacement pipes to size in store for me. This store is a a huge asset to the neighborhood, and they're cool with dogs too!

This place is great. They stay open late, have always had everything I needed, and all of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure. :-)

I’ve been here over the years to pick up odds and ends too. It’s a great place to have in the neighborhood. Stop by if you need anything or even just have a question on a project— anyone working there is always super helpful.

Best hardware store in the neighborhood! This very kind store rented me a tall ladder for the weekend at a wonderful rate, and were fine when I kept it a bit longer than expected. Highly recommend!

Terrific hardware store. These guys really go the extra mile to help out the locals. I had a DIY project that involved extensive cutting, repurposing, and gluing. Isa was happy to help / careful to do a great job. Thank you!

Fantastic hardware store!!!! Just in case it's super cramped so if you have a wheelchair it will be too small for you. But they have everything you could ever need. Returns are difficult just in case so make sure you're 100 percent sure. But ask questions the staff is really helpful and nice and give good suggestions. Take a picture of what you need fixed or whatever project you're doing and bring it to help figure out what you will need!
